You'd be hard pressed to find a dud of any year. Do not let that slower throttle opening bother you if you buy a first year or second year. Those should be the cheapest, obviously.
Anything above the gum line is all but cleaning up what was/is any year happens to be flawless/bulletproof in the whole scheme of things being a few questionable of how those happened to blow up and others with the next number is sequence, HA happened to be just that.
Any bike is the bike with two buying points:
1. Low mileage at a fire sale price. Buy if only 2 fits the bill.
2. A bike that was never crashed is no bike at any price. Walk
