COOLING SYSTEM WEIGHT GAIN
#1) Overflow Hose Retainers
WEIGHT Increase: 0.30 oz
They’re not necessary but I put these on the reed valve covers to hold the overflow hose off of the valve cover.

ELECTRONICS WEIGHT GAIN

#1) Power Commander V
WEIGHT Increase: Estimated 7.70 oz

I did not weigh my PC5 prior to installation. Having the same case and about the same amount of harness, the weight must be nearly identical to that of the Ignition Module 5.

#2) AutoTune 200
WEIGHT Increase: 10.85 oz

I did not weight the Bosch O2 Sensor that came with my AutoTune Module. The O2 sensor shown the picture is very similar or the same as the one that comes with the AutoTune kit. I removed the extra hookup wire and plastic tube from the module and installed contacts to the ends of these wires. I also lengthened the O2 sensor wires by about 9 inches so that the harness could reach the location my PC5 is located.

REMOVE
Extra Wire and Plastic Tube From The AutoTune hookup wires.

INSTALL
AutoTune Module, Mounting Velcro, O2 Sensor with extra wire and Can Cable.

#3) Ignition Module 5
WEIGHT Increase: 8.10 oz

Ignition Module and Mounting Velcro.

#4) LCD-200
WEIGHT Increase: 4.60 oz

INSTALL
LCD-200 Display and WB2 Cable.

#5) HM Plus Quickshifter
WEIGHT Increase: 6.00 oz

The weight of the HM Shifter kit includes 3 nuts of which I used two. Also 2 threaded rods of which I only used one since the shift link rod already was pre-equipped with a threaded rod. Accordingly, I’m downsizing the weight by .20 oz.

INSTALL
HM Plus Quickshifter, Annitorrie 115mm Aluminum Shift Linkage Rod and Aluminum P-clip.

#6) Speedohealer SHv4
WEIGHT Increase: Estimated 4.10 oz

The SHv4 also includes a harness that connects inline with the speed sensor wire couplers. I did not weight it but I would guess it to weigh about the same as the Top Speed Recall Harness.

Speedohealer v4 with Top Speed Recall Button and Speed Sensor Interface Wire.

#7) Rear Brake Light Pressure Sensor
WEIGHT Increase: 0.10 oz

This is required to retain function of the rear brake light when rear sets are installed.

REMOVE
OEM Rear Brake Switch

INSTALL
Rear Brake Pressure Sensor.

#8) Glowshift Gauges
WEIGHT Increase: 1 lb, 1.8 oz

All of the Glow-shift gauges weigh the same but the sensors and sensor wires differ in weight. Up to six gauges can run off of one power harness which can be connected inline by daisy chain wires.

Rook’s Handlebar Accessory Bracket, Glow-Shift Power Harness and Daisy Chain Wire, Acuity Oil Sending Unit Adapter with 1 steel plug and one hollow brass plug, Oil Pressure and Oil Temperature Gauges, Sensors, Sensor Harnesses.
