Some of you will know me from the original forum site......sure not all members ended up here and sure there are many new ones since.

Anyway.....after my homemade turbo project and then my crash that destroyed ol' blue I never had time to get around to it and ended up selling the remains and moving to another state. I am now planning to return to SoCal and have a feeling another ZX-14 may be in my future. When I first got it in June 2006 (one of the early ones) I said it was the best $12K I ever spent.....and did indeed spend much more after that.

It may be a bit before I get another 14, but think I should at least get back in the loop first and see what has changed w/ the bike and members.

Ah yes, the same old gang lurks and bounces about. The bike has changed, so you do not want to swap out too many things.

Nobody wants to answer your question lol.

In 2008 the ZX14 changed, with ECU and Injector changes among other things, so you don't really need to pull the flys anymore.

My 2008 stumbled a little off idle until I put a new exhaust system and a piggy on it.

Since 2008, the ONLY thing that has changed is the paint. Including the 2011 model.
