The stock makes my butt numb after about an hour of riding. I guess I should mention i'm 6'5 and I have a 2011 zx-14 so any suggestions would be great, I would like to able to ride longer without my ass going numb.

I had the same problem with my 07 ZX14 and I purchased a Kawi Concours Seat and just swapped the hardware from my ZX14 and it made for a much more comfortable ride on the cheap. The Only down side was the fact that the concours is thicker than stock and the rear seat cowl will not fit unless u do surgery on the seat to make it fit.

Got a Saddleman Tech Style seat. will cost ya about $400 I think. Spendy but THE BEST looking seat on the market for the 14 and more comfy too.

The stock seat is the lightest weight option. You might try buying a used one on Ebay for $50 and bevelling off the square edges of the foam.
