After watching the 2nd presidential debate, I clicked over to CNN and BBC to see if my observations had resonated with a myriad of analysts and reporters. A day after, despondence has set in. Even pro football players, known for their party hardy ways and strip club carousing, where outraged by Trumps comments made 11 years ago about women. Hillary was so outraged that she forgot Bill's sordid past (and present). Billy Bush lost his job and I am about to lose my marbles.

So it looks like political correctness has gripped the nation and I dont know where it will lead to. The only good thing that happened to me as a result is I started jogging. Dont know if there are drugs out there that can set me right.

Anyone who has read my posts on subjects like this know I am a straight shooter.
You may not agree but you know where I stand.

I don't live there but it seems you guys in the States are in massive massive strife.

As the next President of the United States of America, you have a choice between a complete and utter incompetent and a proven corrupt criminal.

Trump as President will make the US a complete laughing stock because who wants to deal with an inexperienced political moron when it comes to high level diplomacy.
And Clinton as President will decimate the US's credibility to be taken seriously when such corruption is allowed to go unchecked through the American political and justice system and straight to the top job in the world.

It's exactly like the South Park episode where the kids have to vote for either a turd sandwich or a giant douche.

Can I ask a couple of questions as I am not knowledgable about the US political system.

Why have the two major parties, the Democrats and the Republicans, not been held accountable for putting forward and endorsing such poor candidates?
And why have they not replaced these two embarrassments after they have both shown their true colours?

If I had to, I would vote for road kill before these two current Presidential front runners.

Yannih, I disagree. Clinton has many problems but she has been a public servant for years and tried to do productive things. The world leaders already know her and respect her. But the bigger point is this, only one candidate is sane and competent. So, even if you despise Clinton, there IS no other choice in THIS election. The GOP should really do some soul searching and try to put forward a candidate who truly represents the people of this nation with all it's variety. Clinging to some fantasy past and denigrating whole classes of people is a losing strategy. Putting forward a insane, racist, homophobic clown has destroyed their credibility for me and millions of others. It is unforgivable in my opinion. Standing with him when time after time he calls out the most evil, base wishes of willfully ignorant closed mind people is not something that can be overlooked.
If you take the time to actually look for facts, a lot of the crap the GOP has put forward about Clinton is wholly fabricated and has been in the works by the GOP for years. It's nothing new.
So, is Hillary my first choice? No. But she is light years better than the alternative.

1. Haiti - Clinton Foundation sponsored relief, where only 5% of donation reached those in need.
2. Rape cover up - Hillary threatened and intimidated victims over and over. A 12 year old
girl brutally raped and Hillary, who was a lawyer representing the rapist,
is laughing in a recording about getting her client off, knowing he was guilty.
And she is all about women??
3. Wall Street - 20+ million paid to Hillary for speaking fees, where she is telling the elite
they need to police themselves. She owes them a favor..
4. Campaign contributions - Soros along with other billionaires who influence policy.
5. Media (mainstream) - They are not allowed to report/investigate damaging news that would
hurt Clinton.

If you ask me, Trump didn't look too awfully bad two months ago. As far as now, if the worst they can dig up on him is talking privately about his delight in screwing hot women 10 years ago, I still think he looks like a saint compared to Hillary.

What concerns me is that Trump seems to be starting to act more like a politician recently. I liked that he was straightforward in the beginning but now I see him backpedalling over over things he said and reacting to attacks that he should have no big concern about.

2. Rape cover up - You can hear Hillary talking candidly on the phone. It is chilling.

3. Wall Street - Hillary Clinton gave 92 speeches with a standard fee of $225,000 between 2013 and 2015, collecting $21.6 million in just under two years. Why are the Clintons' worth so much for speaking appearances and what did she say to these large institutions behind closed doors? Clinton never released her speech transcripts, but recently Wikileaks released excepts from her speeches, obtained through John Podesta’s compromised email account.

4. Campaign Contributions - easily checked and for public record.

5. Media - CNN BBC etc. Wikileaks shows email exchanges between top journalists/reporters and those in the Clinton camp. Did you watch 2nd debate? Anderson Cooper allowed Hillary to exceed her time limit, but not Trump.

We are all caught up in this circus, but the government wants to have citizens who are only smart enough to do their job and not ask too many questions.

If trump is elected prez. he will have many road blocks from people in his own party plus democrats. So who knows how he will accomplish goals he puts forth.
