HI Guys , i got my M4 full exhaust and i will bring it to have it installed and dyno tuned , and i read that Brocks Davidson recommends to do it on 89 octane Shell , any comments on this? has anybody tried this ? would like to hear opinions on this ...

I have Brocks Alienhead exhaust with his 89 map . I use Chevron 89. Been happy with it for a while now .

Knowing dynos differ , I would suggest a base run before you change anything , if you have not done one yet..That allows true as can be, comparison when making changes.

My M4s were slipons. Had the quiet baffles too.

Yes we are running a base line dyno first then full exhaust M4 , race sprint filter , custom tune , will post results.

so dyno run with M4 full GP exhaust , 89 octane , engine ice , sprint f1 filter (race) ECU dyno flashed by Blais Cycles here in Dania Beach FLorida . Super happy with end result and exhaust note exceeded my expectations , love it.

Someday, the Federal Gov't (EPA) may enforce its Noise Ordinance on new Motorcycles. My 2012 Muffler clearly states it Meets EPA Noise Limit of 80 dbs. Gov't is cracking down on Tuners.

I get your point but In the meantime I will keep enjoying the musical sound that comes out of a full 4 to 1 exhaust , on a big bore bike like this ! Like someone said on YouTube ,bike sounds exactly how I dreamed of it when i was a kid , I Would hate to spend money and install something that chokes it up , my Big Dog Ridgeback 117ci is even louder , so far nobody complained in my condo. Cold Start on my M5 is insane … I will get a decibel meter to make sure how far off i am .

I changed to synthetic oil right before dyno at 2100 miles and it ended up slipping at around 8000 rpm 1st 2nd gear , I will install Brocks clutch mod , read here it would take care of that …

When this happens, I hope removable noise reduction baffles become the norm. I'd ask for a tune without the baffle and I'd ride it without the baffle. I can't see tuners ever being held liable for what we might do with our "race only" bikes on the street. LOL my Gen1 with Tsukigi Cannon was so friggin loud but all you do is remove 3 screws and it gets even louder. Damn, never had the chance to try it.

Thanks for your support !! Lately I added double bubble MRA smoked windshield and Shogun sliders , last Sunday I put almost 200 miles on the bike … and next day Monday, weather was great so I took the bike to work as well … pure joy !!

I have 2019 ZX14r with a full akra exhaust. I have not had it flashed yet because it is already fast. When I get it flashed I will use Ivansperformanceproducts you can just mail the ECU to him. If you visit his site he has lots of 0dyno charts to look at. BTW...I am 63 and also ride a KTM xcf 350 in the woods.

Yes I need to update my sig. At 1 point last year I had 4. The other being a 2013 BMW K1300s, it also had akra exhaust. That bike was amazing almost as fast as the 14r. Looking back I am not sure why I sold it. The guy that bought it drove all to RI from Miami to buy it. I also sold the Ninja 1k that was my second N1k. But I am looking for another bike now. But I am all over the place as to what I want. Heck I am even considering HD...LOL!

I will tell you that there is such a big contrast between my 14r and my HD Ultra Limited that I enjoyed each bike in a different way , and it’s amazing to be able to experience that . If I had to get rid of one , I wouldn’t know which one I would let go off …
