About 2 weeks ago along a section known as the Putty road near Singleton.
A picturesque setting with long straights and tight twists.
I was leading a group of mates when we came across a convoy of Porsches. Must have been a car club.
Anyway..they were in my way..slowing me down, so I went past 1,2,3....about 18 or 20 of them.
This one guy in a 911 turbo decided he would try and keep up and he did....when I slowed down on the straight sections to avoid a possible speeding ticket.
But every time some twists came up I would vanish and leave him behind.(Cops can't set up on the twists..too narrow).
Time and time again he did his best to stay with me until finally he gave up.
It must of been a combination of the humiliation that he was receiving or the girl in the passenger seat threatened never to have sex with him unless he stopped racing.
I reckon I had about $2 mill worth of Porsche for lunch that day.

I saw this beautiful corvette the other day - dude pulls up next to me at a light, revving his engine and showing off that 'whoosh' you hear from the super charger. His (very hot) girlfriend rolls down her window and when I compliment him on the car, he starts going off about his "600hp, super charger, I've got a small penis" blah blah blah. So we toe the line, the window goes up and the visor comes down.

I would love to know what she was thinking a few seconds later as I'm winding out second gear turned sideways, looking back over my shoulder, waving him to keep up... Honestly, I thought it would be a much closer race, it really was a serious bad ass car. Probably a shitty driver. Next stop light he hooked a u-turn, so we didn't get to talk again.

This is a great thread. I'm gonna have to start taking some pics, esp now that I have my new sprockets installed as of this past weekend (-1/+1).

At the hosp. A pit bull tried to eat the wolfman! Unfortunately I got five stitches and the pit got a friggin ass whipping from my bike cleats, my bike (bicycle) and my air pump. We were battling for 10 min till the cops arrived and got him off me. My friend called 911 as he could do nothing but watch.

Getting mad at the Pit for trying to eat an apex predator is like getting angry with a shark for nipping you in the ocean. It was a chain of command thing. I laid a beating on that dog, my friend was like, "what" cause I one point I was chasing him and barking back. Any way just when I thought I beat him back, he would come at me again. It was in his nature and it was mine. The cops are involved and they phoned me to say the dog is in confinement. Tetnus and antibiotics are underway.

I love all of the suggestions C, but they almost take the sport out of beating that Pit Bull! Man to beast, teeth to fist, was one exciting afternoon. Ok truth be told I used the bike to deflect him, and my bike pump and cleats!

I don't think Bear Spray is available here in Canada, but that will be me first purchase...
