I have to put in a vote for my Two Bro's. They sound like the black guy from The Green Mile. :-)

If you look at the pic on the first page(in the box)you can see the flange is the same set up as stock. Others use steel on steel? Ok, but two different metals would expand a different rates? No leaks with that big Donut installed.I'm not sure how others do it. Muzzy may have changed as well. I see a allot of pics with Muzzy carbon here maybe these guys could chime in. Cheers.

Put them under the Bike,
DID have a problem with a gaskets yeah, but my dad got a torch, and when they got hot u could just pull em out!!! So that problem was solved.
I did kinda get scared the first few minutes with the sound indeed. LOL!!
Did some rougher riding to make sure all the plastics were out. LOVE THE SOUND!!!!!
Though, it DOES lose the subtle airplane sound it had before, but still. I like rough. lol
Gotta prolly get a PCIII now because i get lots of Pops when i let go of the throttle sometimes.
Do those pops hurt the bike/exhaust in any way btw? Sometimes it sounds like its freakin Fireworks!!

Congrats, I'm glad to here all is good and the Muzzy install went well. The back fire at 3600 to 3800 RPM on decel is normal. PC Won't fix. I should say I was never able to Map out the pop and believe me I tried. I hear some others have (Big Subject). Enjoy your weight savings and that snarl. Cheers.

Wew, so its hard to get the Decel pops out? Its indeed at the rpm u mentioned.
Is it safe to say this hurts my bike in no possible way? else i will try to get it out by buying a PCIII later on. Same for the extra gas smell (prolly because of the decel pops) -- Some pops are like fireworks, pretty loud. Hard to believe this DOESNT hurt the bike....?
PICS COMING SOON!

Mat, I looked for the thread called Backfire on this subject for you but I can not find it. I 4 one was not a big fan of the backfire that was going on in my New pipes so I ran out and bought the PC-3 thinking it was going to solve all my problems. It did not. From there I spent my summer making Maps and stuffing marbles in hoses etc(Funny Now). There is a # of ways to make it better but only one for sure way to stop the backfire completely which we will discuss later if you still want to know. ....... Rook has a nice piece here with some pictures showing how he reduced the bang out back on his new pipes and Hub has some great threads to explain what is going on and why. This is a big subject and I'm sure the guys will post you a link. Don't worry as I did, you won't hurt your baby. She Loves the abuse. Cheers.

Thanks for the writeup Romans!!
I love the SMALL dec pops, but some of them are just too loud (Like its shootin freakin' canonballs out of the back!!)
So if there's a way to reduce THOSE big shots, without changing the slipons ofc...... lemme know!!!
Thanks!!

Matsukie heres the thread from Rook which Romans was speaking of. I was told the pop wont hurt the bike that the popping was always there its just those big ole oem cans muffled it so much that you couldnt notice it. i got rid of 99% of my decel pop by getting 1 of jeffo's maps. now in a couple weeks when i put the brocks duals on ill block the pair off.

Your friends will love those pretty blue flames shooting out the back at night time lol. On decel, blip the throttle just before 4000RPM on the way down.
The TRE-006A, the(N)lock, resistor, the hack, are some of the names the guys call a little 270 ohm resistor that will stop ALL back fire. More info here on the forum. Cheers.

Congrats on the new exhaust Matsuke ! I just ordered a new Muzzy M14 full system, I was also wondering if I had to buy a power commander, but fuel injection should be able to compensate. ( AT LEAST UNTIL I CAN TALK MY WIFE INTO LETTING ME SPEND MORE MONEY ON MY BIKE.)
