i want a larger back tire for the bike but not to into a 300 or bigger plus I'm not dropping almost 7 grand. roaring toyz has a deal were the stretch the rim or widen it some how and fits a 240. whole kit with a raw rim and tire plus everything u need except for longer break lines is just under 2 grand. sounds like good deal. What u guys think

Havn't heard anything bad from it so far, looks stock except for a little meat out back and will still handle good

There are a couple of companies out there that will modify your stock will to accept a 240 in tire. I think roaring toyz does it or check out garwoodcustomcycles.com , allthingschrome.com , blingrockets.com

In pic 6 it looks like the wheel is off center - optical illusion??

I was just testing to see who was taking notice lol, Sub frame is now all fitted, just waiting for panels to come back from paint, and waiting for a few other bits to arrive. Then hopefully back on the road , its been a very rainy winter here lol

Waiting to see pics of it all done. Need some side pics. How close are the sprocket nuts to the swing arm extensions?

There not bad actually 3/8"ish, I was more concerned about the chain with 1/8" - 3/16" clearance from tire, so I called the guy who I got the kit from and he said that's normal, on his Busa he has about 1/8" too

I'm in for pics of it when it's all done :)

how much of an extension is it?

its a 4-6" extension, and yes had to buy a new wheel, already widened to 8 1/4" ish to fit the 240

Nick14.....so the swing arm is stock? Can u post some pics of what it looks like completed?

after many small niggling problems I finally got there ,and yes its the plate that's not square lol, the last pic is on its first run to the Ace cafe
