The man just turned 78 and does not have the ability to slow down. He has had some health issues and just got a heart valve replacement 2 or 3 months ago. He keeps up with 10 house rentals as a landlord plus still remodels kitchen and bathrooms.
He had to get his work van inspected so he took it to the local inspection shop and left it. Later that day he walks out of his house and does not see the van and thought it was stolen. He makes the police report for a stolen vehicle. After the police leave the inspection shop calls and said it passed and ready to pick up. He has to call the police back and his only explanation to them was having a senior moment.

He said the cops thanked him for the call back and he was not the only one to have ever made that mistake. He lives in a nice ares and I live in the white ghetto so where he lives there is much more forgiveness and where I live I would still be trying to make bail.
