These have less than 100 miles on them. I installed them and they sound good, but are a little too loud for me. This is especially so early in the morning when I head to work.

Did you notice any difference in performance with these on? I have a full 2Bro system, but love the look of the shortys. Just worried that they might not be good for the bike, I've heard mixed reviews.

Sorry late replying here. This is the before/after video. The pipes actually sound very good at idle and highway speeds, it's the going around town and neighborhoods that gets a little loud.

As far as performance I may have experienced a little more response at higher speed, but really can't validate that. I put these on days after getting the bike and they were only on for a day or 2 before I put the slip-ons on that are on it now.

..it's cool...i see the vid you just posted here...they sound good!...any loss in hp or did you notice you were burning more fuel as compared to when you changed to the slip ons you have now?...

I really can't say. I only had the bike for a week when I installed them and with them on I test rode and rode to work once, so really didn't have a lot of experience with the bike to make a comparison with.

I really didn't notice a huge difference between these pipes and my slip-ons; both seem to be an improvement over the stock exhaust and were certainly a big weight reduction for me.

Sorry wish I could provide you better data but I am still relatively new to the ZX-14 myself.
