Dead right car...
This Championship was the last opportunity for Valentino Rossi and he knows it.
He will never have this chance again because he knows he is no longer the best out there.
The sad thing is he should have won the whole thing.
Without his decision melt down starting at Sepang the 7 point lead would have probably been just enough to get him through in the last race.
Such a wasted opportunity to add to his legend but he royally blew it.
And he knows that big time!
How he wishes he could have his time back from Sepang onwards.
But he cant and now the Championship is gone and the bad sportsmanship and excuses are spraying from his mouth.
Anyone's fault but his own.
Its sad to see such a great Champion reduce himself to this.
I have no doubt that in the future when he calms down and looks at the facts, he will regret his actions and words.
And of course as he is a god in his sport, his fans will pathetically follow what ever he says, right or wrong.
He can do no wrong in their eyes and every one else is the enemy.
I dont care if its the great Champion Valentino Rossi or Mr Joe Nobody, I judge people the same.
Think about it.
Because of his own actions and short comings, he put himself in a position in Valencia where he was out of contention with the top 3 riders and the World Championship was not in his hands to decide.
Still, he expected the Honda's to win it for him and when they did not, well the world of motorsport was an embarrassment.
Lastly, while you are reading my comments consider this scenario.
There are two US Moto GP riders racing for Honda and coming second and third in the last race of the season but are out of the Championship hunt.
In front of them is a third US compatriot racing for Yamaha and the World Championship.
Back in the field is an Italian rider also riding for Yamaha who is not in contention for the race but relying on both second and third place Honda riders to overtake the leader for the World Title.
As an American, if you were one of the Honda riders coming second or third, would you overtake your countryman and deny him the World Title simply to gain another race win to your name and in the process hand the Championship to another rider from another country?
America is one of the proudest nations I know, and while I can never make decisions on behalf of anyone else, I'm pretty sure I know what the answer would be.
Further more, if Rossi from Yamaha was leading and Dovi and Iannone from Ducati were behind him, would they pass Rossi to take the title away from another Italian?
Absolutely no way in the world.
So I'm sick of Rossi's whinging.
Im sick of Rossi's hypocrocy.
I'm sick of Rossi's excuses.
Im sick of Rossi's accusations.
And I'm sick of Rossi's poor sportsmanship.
You may have noticed with all my entries on this thread I have some pretty serious opinions on all of this.
Im just a little surprised everyone (minus Rossi's mindless fans who cant think for themselves) cant see something similar.
I guess we are all different.
But dont worry.
This will be my last entry on the matter as Im pretty sure you have all have figured out where i am coming from...
