Ugly side of racing

For these who watched World SBK first round in Monza this Sunday have seen it. Most of us, including myself, like to watch street motorcycle racing racing, however, watching this scene was hard to swallow, opening lap, at the end of fist straight, entering into fist chicane. Look at poor Max Neukirchner's right leg. Fortunately, he is doing well in Milano hospital. Other riders, including veteran Troy Corser were also hurt.

Yes, that was a nasty one. I thought I saw the bike that is in the air land right on top of a rider. Was that Max? -bg

From what I have seen and heard, it landed on Troy Corser.

ouch! that looks nasty! hope they can make a quick recovery. you can almost see through everybody else's visors like, "oh snap"!
