I have a Brazilian buddy that lives in São Paulo. He wants to buy a motorcycle but he tells me that this kind of shit happens every day! Especially if you have a newer or really nice machine. Anybody who does not give up their bike right away, he says, is almost always guaranteed to get shot or killed.

The victim got lucky that the undercover police officer was in the vicinity! Chalk up one for the good guys.

I always set a claymore mine on my seat before I ride.So when I get jacked, I leap up and run like hell while the thief sits down and....BOOM! Of course the cost of replacing my bike is getting kinda expensive...

As a Christian man, I am a little ashamed of myself for feeling NOTHING. Oh well, all us Christians are imperfect by definition. But we're not all punks. Boy punks should end up dead more often than they do. ...so they don't grow up to be bigger harder badder man punks.
I wish to congratulate the cop. That took some skill and some balls to shoot in that environment. I'v e often made the comment that cops write tickets and avoid encounters with real criminals. Not this guy. GO BRAZIL!!!! I heard two shots and I hope it was one to chest and one to head. The only thing that would have made this justice better would have been if the accomplice got his little ass shot off his bike as he road away. Then the cop spin his gun and drop it in his holster.
sorry. I really have no soft spot for bike thieves at all. Especially not hijacking bike thieves. What a shame this guy had his bike drop twice over this bullshit.
