Just wondering,
Has anyone bought the special socket key lookin thing to remove the front wheel? How much is it?
I made one out of a 2 inch long bolt and two 14mm ( I believe) nuts. Only cost $3 to make just thought id pass it along.

^^Heard of some trick like that last year but the guy did a weld to hold the bolts and nuts in place. The old backside of the 13/16 sparkplug socket always worked for me. I admire your thriftyness (cheapness), though. Good instincts.

That's exactly what I have used to remove my front wheel and it worked perfectly. Craftsman 13/16 inch spark plug socket with the extension inserted into the inside of the socket. The backside of the socket has the correct sized hex for the front axle nut.
