Very nice, what year? Does it have the Bosch IMU in the stability control loop?

HO!! There's a skinny-Mini! Is that a 2012? The gen before the current? My buddy, Kruz has that one along with the latest ZX-10 and he still favors the older one. Congrats. Getting about time for me to get another bike.

Yes its a 12,
Has GP suspension fork cartridges, Olin rear shock, Olin damper, Bizzazz quick shift, Akra exhaust. Not sure on the tune. May know the previous owner so trying to get the history and details. Has the K-trk and power setting but not the ABS.

I think I like the red better than the green.

This is going to be fun!

D,
You probably know the previous owner. Derick Clary? It looks a lot different than it did when he had the race plastics on it. And the dealer told me it was an elderly gentleman who did some lite track and sport riding. LMAO when I found out who the elderly gentleman was. Funny he was my level 2 instructor at a OPRT track day this summer right before I got it.

That's way too clean to be a track bike. You really need to throw it in a ditch or two to tenderize it for the track.

I don't know, I'm kinda new to track riding and trying to learn. He was very helpful to me.

GILF?

I don't know all the different acronyms, Google says Grandma/Grandpa I'd Like to Fuck?
Didn't think he was that old. Hell I'm 56. :)

Mad,
I kinda like how she looks so I think I will try to keep her out of the ditches for a while.

Lol... Derrick is a nice guy... I'm a smartass. :)

We've endurance raced together the last few years... This year, all of us were/are grandpas. ;)

Looking good out there, Dude!

Thanks,
Probably not far behind with a 19 year old boy. Got himself a job at Boeing and has money to burn you know. Told him if he gets his endorsement he can have my old ZX-11. He was with me at the 8-21 trackday at the ridge. He said we are all a bunch of absolutely uncontrollable children after he was introduced to several of the OPRT riders. Had me laughing.

19 years old with a good job and no kids?... Heck yea, it's time you get him on a bike and teach him some irresponsibly. ;)

I think they were already blue when I got the bike. My guess is it takes some track time of hard higher rpm riding to develop the heat to get the color.
Nice lookin bike by the way.

Dropped by 2wheeldynoworks Friday to have Nels run a base line on my 10R. He did the original 2 map tune on it back in 2014. He pulled up the original dyno sheets to show me that at the time it was running 180hp on 92 octane pump gas and 189hp on mr12 race fuel. He did a few little tweaks, said it was running a little rich because I use non ethanol. Said it loosened up nicely since the original tune. He was able to get 187hp with the non ethanol 92 octane. Pretty good number for a Gen4 I think.
