Ted's kit is by far the cleanest and best looking IMHO. I used one of his kits for my ZRX too. He makes good stuff!

One more thumbs up for Ted.
Ordered my fender eliminator on Monday the 31st of May as a b-day present to myself.
Got an e-mail on Wed morning the 2nd from Ted explaining that my order shipped Wed morn instead of Tues.
Recieved my kit Friday the 4th and installed it that same evening.
Exellent product and customer service above and beyond the best I've yet to experience in the aftermarket world. How can you go wrong????

Installed Ted's kit last weekend, love it. Only thing I can say negative is that his instructions indicated to measure 1" back from the tail light to drill for the LED mount... I measured 3x and drilled once and the light is too close to the plate to light up more than the top 1/3. I can move it but I would rather not have 3 "extra" holes in my fender so I'm going to see how far back I can move it without exposing the first set of holes. It looks great otherwise.
Honestly I had a feeling when I was measuring the location for the light that this was going to happen... I don't fault Ted for the mounting issue I encountered, I should have known better when I test fit the LED it just looked like it would be too close come nightfall. This kit is top notch and I would definitely recommend it.
As far as the purchase Ted responded to my order via email within hours and had it in the mail the next day, I received it two days later via USPS. All parts included with the kit are of good quality, and it was packaged well.
Sample of the wiring job, like how it came out using the included clamps:

I found out that, if you move it too far back, it interferes with the placement of the brake light. It cant be too close to the back of the fender, unless you mount it without the supplied nuts/bolts.

Plastic epoxy might work. Youd have to rough up the surfaces a bit, Id think. The size of the rivets depends on what size of hole you drill. There are tons of sizes out there. Just match them up with the size of hole you drill.

I've had my FEK w/tag LED light from Ted for 2 1/2 years. The only problem is that the LED tag light went out a few months after I had it. I replaced it with an aftermarket one, but that went out too, then replaced with another unit...it went out too. So now I run without a tag light, no big deal. The FEK is very nice and I love the look alot, nice and clean!
