I've been using my old Cortech magnetic tank bag on the 14R for daily riding, and although it works ok, the half plastc / half metal tank isn't ideal for using the magnetic flaps on the bag.

I purchased a Motocentric Sport Tailbag last week and have found it to be a well made pillion mounted bag.
At 23 / 29 liters expanded, it's got plenty of capacity for daily use, and it attaches / removes easily to the pillion
strap and grab handle using the bungies provided.

Here's a couple pics from today... I think the bag looks pretty good on the bike due to it's shape.
It should be pretty obvious that I like blue

No plastic to scratch with this setup.

I have the same tail bag along with the matching saddle bags. The set up is nice but the quick release straps that go from the tail bag to the saddle bags are too short.

Can it fit a 15" laptop?

The bag doesn't move around at all. In my original post / pics above you will notice that there are 4 bungies with plastic hooks. I hook the two front ones to the saddle strap and on the back, I loop the two bungies through the passenger grab handle and onto the D-Rings provided with the bag. I like this as it doesn't rub against the plastic on the bike. There are other ways to do it if you don't have the optional grab handle.

To attach the grab handle kit, first remove the plastic end plate, bolt on the handle, and attach the smaller end plate provided with the grab handle kit. You can't use the tail pod with the grab handle.

I attached the grab handle originally to stabilize the bike when lifting it onto the rear stand / swingarm spools. I'm also using it to attach the rear section of my homebuilt pannier racks.

Way more than it's worth .... $175.00 !!!
They are either in stock, or can be ordered, from your local Kawi dealer.

You should be able to attach the bag without the grab handle. If you still have the OEM rear fender on your bike, which I don't, try hooking it to the metal brackets for the side relectors.
