Hello, all.

I need some guidance, I have gen 2 zx14r and was thinking about putting in a manual cam chain tensioner. Does anybody know the proper procedure for installation and how involved is it.

I imagine it's the same for the Gen2 as it is the Gen1. I have an APE and I never needed to adjust it after I installed it. It must have been 25k miles and still quiet. I have an installation tutorial on here. APE makes a light weight one now for just a little more money. I'd get that one otherwise it will result in a small weight gain. I mean, if you're going aftermarket, might as well take advantage of a weight loss.
