At the present time, the best maximum width for an image is about 800px. If you go over about 800px in width, the right side of the image is going to get cut off.

For now, until we find a better solution, we'll adjust your image size to fit if we see images that are too large.

The photos I posted were being cut off when I was posting them 800x600 . All the photos that I inserted sized 640x480 from photo bucket turned out OK .

Are you saying that the screen resolution on your computer is set to 640x480? If so, then you are probably seeing a horizontal scrollbar when you look at the forum pages, and you would need to scroll horizontally to see all of most of the photos here. The forum is kind of set to display properly at screen resolutions of 1024x768, which most people are using these days.
