BBW's 7500 Mile Session

So the SM calls for plugs. I have not had the bike de-fair'd so I decide - wtf. Plug electrodes are just barely visually rounded compared to the new ones. New has a nice crisp sharp corner on the electrode. Old plugs were nice and clean with just the expected dark brown deposits. I'm sure I won't notice anything different. Definitely much tighter and cramped in there compared to the '06. No oil anywhere under the rubbers - pretty happy with that.

Found a few small bracket bolts had gone AWOL and not much else. Flushed the original factory fill coolant just because it was easy to do. Air cleaner was 50% dirty so in goes a new $55 stocker.

And as usual, waiting for the Kawi Alumina Cool and air filter from the stealership tomorrow before I can have fun installing the fairings.

Hopefully I wont have to dive in for a few more yrs until the 15K valve adjust?

Might as well do everything you can while you can. When a bike gets a lot of miles on it, there can be a lot of work that needs to be done all at once.
