I'm strongly considering these motorcycle gloves as they don't require a hardwire to the bike - read: portable. Has anyone tried these before I purchase them? My commute is +50mph most of the way and I'm curious to know how effective they'd be. They seem to have potential - 8-hours on a single charge with the ability to purchase extra batteries. I'm getting ancy/tired of not being able to ride and the temps are just borderline too cold for me - ~40degrees.

Might be the shi^?They sound pretty okay.Maybe check out Ganko Motorcycle Gloves.I know these work very well for the temps you're talkin about.I really like mine.And it gets cold here.
