These are simple "194" style wedge light bulbs that can be found all over the internet (Ebay, Amazon, etc).

This is an easy 10 minute job. Just remove the left and right covers with the 2 allen bolts as shown.

There is a small silver bracket in your way. It doesn't necessarily have to be removed if you have dexterous fingers, but it is only 1 phillips head screw and very easy.

Here is the assembly. You'll need a quarter turn counterclockwise and it will pull right out.

Here is the original bulb and the new LED side by side for comparison. They pull straight out from the assembly.

Assembly is the reverse, and here is the finished product. This picture is also with LED high and low beam headlights which are also very cheap on Ebay and Amazon.
