I have all the info I need at this point but I'm just wondering, does anyone prefer Wideband2 over Autotune? They're the same thing really but WB2 is much more configurable. Looking at the settings for WB2, I think only a master tuner would have any use for most if not all of those settings. I was referring to settings for AT-200 or WB2 that can be done with the LCD-200 in the Device Setup function.

There is no reason at all to use AutoTune over Wideband2. The WB2 is about $40 more but it has more adjustments for reading tach, AFR and rpm than AT and WB2 can be used to access any channel with a 1-5 v sensor--so you can pick any sensor you want to receive data from if the WB2 does not already have that channel in its repertoire. You don't even need a PCV to use the WB2 to receive data but if you have a PCV, you can use WB2 to tune AFR just like you would with AutoTune.

I wish more people were talking about this before I laid my money out. Since then I've learned to research the crap out of stuff and definitely talk to DJ to get the most complete info.

BTW, 1bad, I have found that one of the tach settings in the LCD-200 for WB2 (can't do it for AT) filters invalid tach signals. That may be the key to eliminating data in cells where you never actually rode the bike in your drag runs.

I think the main limitation of the software and equipment is that they are a bit on the slow side. Still it works given a few runs. The next day, you might have a slightly different AFR but Autotune cleans that up.

Yes it is slow. Which is why Dyno-Jets only advice is to keep riding the bike to populate problem cells. But I think we all can see now why that does not work well.
