I bought and replaced the following items and I am still having the same problem.

Bad Ground. Which side is not blinking? Take a wire long enough to go from winker base to chassis ground. YOu do not get shocked by D-C volts or current. House current will zip your wee-wee, not a spark to ground.

1. You either remove a bulb that was washed too many times is the condensation powder left in between the bulb and ground base = Poor Ground.
2. See that wire is about to make a new ground, you replaced or threw parts at it, when this is a ground not glowing that winker to pop the flasher = Bad Ground.
3. WATT is happening now is the flasher burst is hanging in that powder and if electricity wants to find ground fast, it is not going to a good ground = WATT he said.
4th = Variable is a ground you swap the whole bike and not A winker assembly being the cause is the call of the ball is watt I'm guessing?
