Howdy From Portugal
01/14/11 8:48 PM

Hi all. Just found out this forum. And it´s good to read about the bike we all love.
This is not my native language so be kind.

I have a Kawasaki ZZR1400, 2006 model for the last 4 months. Grey/Green metalic colour. It´s changed with Devil exauhst, removed speed limit, higher front glass, Crash pads, Spy 5000 Alarm, "Aerodinamic Backet for second seat" (?).
Only have 24.000km. it´s running great. tested it to 300km/h so far, but for very short time. Waiting for better weather and more practice before going over limits.

If anyone come to this side of Europe for a Tour, make sure to say hi!

Meanwhile i will keep reading this forum for good tips!

PS: (Todos os outros portuguese que aqui andam que se acusem!)

Tks Jafo, nice Avatar with a crazy jump!

I only have traveled around 4200km (2600miles) on this bike, still gaining experience on it.
And yes that´s the nice plastic thing (seat cowl), didn´t know translated name. And was lazy to search..

In Portugal we have alot of nice things to see, good food, great wine, some good roads, alot of Highways, and normaly 10 months of aceptable weather to ride. Oh, and cool people riding motorcycles :D
