Years ago I used the Ventura system and loved it. Does anybody use the Ventura pack and if so did you consider the new trunk they have out now?

It's a nice system but a bit pricey.

I had a Ventura rack on my Honda Blackbird. Even though the system is ugly as hell, It worked great and I used the system for 3 or 4 years. When I traded the Honda in on a Hayabusa, I thought I could just get new L-brackets. Not to be. Turns out you needed a wider rack as well.

I bought the rack and L-Brackets that fit the Suzuki and used them until I bought a ZX-14 R. Turns out, to mount the luggage on the ZX, I not only need new L-Brackets, but an even wider rack. Also, to mount the L-Brackets. you need to punch holes in some of the hidden bodywork.

At this point, I decided it wasn't worth the bucks to keep using this luggage. I bought new bags for less than the cost of the mounting hardware.
