Supersprox

I know it's probably been stated previously, but Supersprox rear sprockets are practically indestructible. Just pulled mine with 52,000 miles of use and you can barely tell a difference between it and a new one. Could have cleaned it up and saved $90.

I have a Supersprox front. As mentioned on another thread, I have to have a look at it.

If you're interested in a good 41-tooth SS rear, buy mine for $35, clean it up and run it another 52K miles. I was sent an 18T front and the only difference I can tell it the chain rattles slightly on the primary sprocket surround. Once moving, the noise goes away, but pushing it around the garage is a laugh.

this is a closeup of the 50,000 mile sprocket on top of a brand new zero-mile example.

I'm not much of a sprocket Dr but to my naive eyes the well used one one doesn't look that different than the virgin?

same here. I'd put a virgin chain on that experienced sprocket any day.

That experienced sprocket wore out what was left of the original chain and two more brand-new ones, so I figured it was time for a replacement. Had I known how little wear there was, I probably would have just replaced the chain and front sprocket which was toast at 70K
