I just purchased my first ZX14R yesterday, a 2017 ABS SE, and I'd like to add saddle bags to throw a few things in for overnight trips. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.

The best saddlebags for a 14R are to buy a Connie, you can buy a used one for the cost of the Givi bags and the mounts
No thanks....the Connie is to much like my BMW K1600GTLE :-) I bought the ZX14 to have something lighter and faster that I can take on short 150 mile rides and the occasional overnight trip. I'm on a CPAP so need a little cargo space if I do a two day trip.

+1 for Kriega US30
would recommend to use elastic fasteners, instead of the stock straps... the elastic ones work better with the luggage anchor points of the Gen.2, and do not require to stop for re-adjusting...
made a two months road trip last year, with a magnet Givi tank bag as only addition

Thanks for all the suggestions, I was surprised to see the number of bag options available. I'm going to purchase slip-ons, risers, wind screen and a peg lowering kit and than after I've done that I'll buy saddle bags. Lots of choices out there but I like the blaze system Maddevill mentioned.

I have the Pannier racks mounts from twisted throttle, I use soft luggage with them and they work great. When you are ready to purchase luggage contact me and if you are interested I am planning on selling them in the near future.(Quote)
GP...I will definitely contact you when I'm ready to purchase. My purchase priority over the next couple of months is aftermarket exhaust, risers, peg lowering kit and then luggage. Any idea what you want for them? Thanks

I was going to PM you, but looks like you are not setup. What risers are you looking for? I have an extra set of helibar risers laying around.
As for the luggage I have not come up with a price, but it will be a hell of a lot cheaper than new. Probably half ish I would think.

I think I'm going to go with the Black Path 1 1/4 inch risers, from what I saw online the helibar riser is only 3/4 inch. The larger riser I think will be better for my neck and back.
