So I have been looking into carbon fiber fairings and part of me wants to redo my bike with carbon fiber. Any ideas?

I been looking at some from 58cycle.com This was put on the bad parts list.I've ordered several times with only one problem fixed by a phone call.An order took too long for me.It was taken care of.I'm buying CF lowers and ram air covers. The lowers look beautiful.

I'd like to get some C-F ram air covers. The stock pieces are really cheap crap. But I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to stop there. I've seen every piece of ZX-14 C-F bodywork available except the tank and you could probably get that too if you had the scratch.

For now I'm trying to be happy with some faux carbon stuff (sliders, bar ends etc.) but the real thing would do that even better.

I agree that the stock ram air covers are pieces of crap. The first time I trailered my bike without the strap that goes over the bars one of them cracked. I am still working on getting the time and money to replace them. I have found a pretty decent looking website that sells every piece but not sure how good they are. Here is the website.

Mine are held together with fiberglass cloth backing and JB Weld. Even stock pieces are almost $50 apiece. It's almost worth it to spend twice that on the C-F stuff.
