Mirror Block Off Plates

Does anyone have any recommendations for Mirror Block Off Plates? I am reluctantly contemplating removing mine because my wife's new SUV is making it so I have to fold the mirrors in every time I take the bike in or out of the garage. I Really like the Brocks carbon fiber ones but would like to here from anyone who has done this to there bike. Thanks!!!!

I bought Vortex years ago. They have worked just fine but one of the studs broke off when I tried removing the nut which was not tight at all (in plastic, be careful with torque) but it was blue LockTited. I till am using it. The other studs have held just fine.

Get a cheap bar end mirror. It may be hard to fit one on the throttle side side. It was with my current setup but I got it to work. I don't recomend expensive bar end mirrors like CRG. The cheap knockoffs have just as good of glass and if you get one with two pivot points, it will adjust as much a san $80 CRG plus you might get two under $15. The only think that is better about my CRGs is that they can go to a higher speed without folding back from the wind. This not an issue at legal speeds and folding the mirror back for speed runs is not a bad idea anyway.

I have two sets of these. One drilled and tapped for Ram mounts and one for show. Never an issue even with a camera on.

There are a number of block off plates on ebay and amazon. Any year zx14 will work ass the mounting holes are the same for all years. i have the black ingraved st and a chrome engraved set. just make sure you use locktite on the bolt that goes into the block off base. I also have the exaghust hanger plugs, There a nice touch to cover up the open holes if you remove the stock exaghust
