FYI, you don't need to actively bleed a cooling system, most systems (and i'm assuming the ZX14 is simillar) have the radiator as the high point in the system which will force the majority of the air to the cap, when the engine heats up the air is forced into the overflow resivor. When the engine cools the excess coolant (minus the air) is sucked back into the radiator.
Now would be a great spot to start chatting about vapour lock in the cooling system and the possible impact it could have on the operation of the thermostat, hot spots on the engine block, etc... but i'm lazy so i won't get into it, just make sure you try and get rid of as much air as you can before putting the cap on the rad and going out for a ride.
