Going by the video, it looks pretty cool.

Skully helmet

Before your criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you do criticize them, you're a mile away and have their shoes.

A grand for the dedicated helmet. I think I'd rather have the add-on that you could move from lid-to-lid.

I like the idea of everything in heads up, rear view, GPs, phone, hopefully radar detect too. I don't think you could smoothly interface all that on an add-on. I'm sure the price will come down because there are competitors. I can see your point, though, since a helmet has a limited lifespan. After seeing the post in "products", the Skully video on my link shows an actual demo. Until I see the add-on's demo, I'm skeptical.

I think there's a demo vid on the Nu-Viz website.

We had this posted on the Concours Owners Group website by the company owner.

My take.... it doesn't work yet, its still an engineering alpha or at best, beta. And nobody will buy their skunky helmet just to get the HUD.

If they modularize the HUD so you can add it to the helmet of your choice, then we have something! As much into farkles as the COG folks are, they'd sell 20 or 30 sets of them there easily in the first month.

But they need to make it work outside the lab first. Everything to date is staged, and played back from a recording.
