The DHS document was roundly debunked by a variety of organizations as a piece of liberal trash meant to incite fear and distrust of conservatives.

On 14 April 2009, North Korea, despite Obama claiming repeatedly that he would get the to listen to reason, pulled out of the six-party talks, ordered UN inspectors out of the country, and announced it was restarting its nuke program.

On 13 April 2009, Obama's nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, admitted falsely reporting to the Congress that she had received only $12,000 from infamous Kansas late-term abortionist George Tiller, and that she really accepted $35,000.

On 15 April 2009, the Times of London reported on French President Sarkozy's insulting remarks and very negative opinions on Obama, calling Obama's ideas "rhetoric," saying Obama is naive, that most of his proposals came from the Bush administration, that Obama's climate plans were behind those of Europe and his tax plans were unsatisfactory. The stream of insults received wide coverage in the French press as well.

On 16 April 2009, NBC reported that the White House had requested Georgetown University cover up the IHS symbol for Jesus in Gaston Hall for Obama's speech there. The university admitted this was true and that it had complied with the request from the Obama regime to places drapes over the symbol that would have appeared behind and above Obama during his speech.

On 16 April 2009, DHS Secretary Napolitano apologized to veterans for insulting them in her department's 7 April 2009 "assessment" that veterans may become domestic terrorists and attack the homeland using their combat skills.

In April 2009, Obama declassified and ordered released for publication numerous top secret documents relating to the interrogation of terrorists that, among other things, revealed the CIA's interrogation processes and which techniques are the most effective. For mer CIA Director Michael Hayden stated doing so aided and abetting the enemy, which is treason under the United States Code.

On 21 April 2009, David Axelrod, Obama's top political advisor, stated "amti-Americanism isn't cool anymore" among other countries due to Obama's apologetic, anti-American statements made in the UK, Europe and Latin America. The irony and contradictory nature of the statement was apparently lost on Axelrod.

In a total reversal of his policy as stated the week before, on 21 April 2009, Obama said his regime is now open to the prosecution of Bush administration officials who stated the law allows for enhanced interrogation methods. The day prior, Obama went to the CIA and swore to them that he would protect them.

On the weekend of 19-20 April 2009 on CNN, Obama regime DHS Secretary Napolitano, a pro-illegal alien amnesty activist, lied by stating "crossing the border is not a crime per se" in refering to illegal aliens. In reality, 8 U.S.C. 1325 states very cleary that illegally crossing the US border is a crime: a misdeamor for the first offense and a felony for additional offenses.

A once top secret and now declassified CIA memo dated 30 May 2005 revealed that Obama lied when he stated that no intelligence gathered from captured al Qaeda terrorists via waterboarding had resulted in an attack being prevented. The memo stated that 9-11 operations chief Khalid Sheik Mohammed at first refused to cooperate under standard interrogation methods, but after being waterboarded revealed that a 9-11-style attack using East Asian terrorists was planned for Los Angeles and that the attack was thwarted because of the intelligence KSM surrendered during the waterboarding.

On 20 April 2009, Venezuelan Marxist strongman Hugo Chavez stated that, under Obama, socialism is now reaching the United States. Obama, at the Summit of the Americas, refered to the dictator as his "amigo" and warmly greeted the thug as a comrade, even accepting a book on the evils of the United States from him, which he said he would read.

On 20 April 2009, in an interview with the CBC, DHS Secretary Napolitano claimed that some of the 9-11 terrorists entered the US via Canada. This is an outright lie. As the 9-11 Commission reported, all of the 9-11 terrorists entered the US from abroad. She then stated that no terrorists have entered the US via Mexico, which is patently false according to the Director of the FBI in testimony before the Congress.

On 16 April 2009, Obama regime Department of Education Sec. Arne Duncan signed a Joint Statement of Exchange and Cooperation with the Chinese Minister of Education Zhou Ji. The Chinese government is listed by the State Department as a nation that operates massive and brutal "re-education camps" for dissidents, some of whom do not survive the horrific conditions and violence for which the camps are infamous. Obama claimed during his campaign that he would be the best human rights president.

On 22 April 2009, the Obama regime asked a federal court to throw out a lawsuit filed by Americans held hostage for 444 days by the terrorist regime of Iran during the Carter administration. The suit seeks $6.6 billion from the genocidal terrorist regime, but the Obama regime, siding with the terrorists, says an agreement between Carter and the terrorists disallows the suit.

On "Earth Day" 2009, Obama made two Air Force One (Boeing 747) flights and four Marine One (Sikorsky VH-3D Sea King) flights to places like Des Moines to make speeches about the importance of using less carbon-based fuel, like jet juel and helicopter fuel. He used more than 9,000 gallons of fuel during those flights and the aircraft dumped huge amounts of toxic pollutants into the air while doing so.

In April 2009, Obama appointed Rosa Brooks to the position of advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, a highly influential and coveted position which will grant her access to huge amounts of the nation's most sensistive national security and military secrets. Brooks, a former LA Times columnist who has railed against Jews and a radical leftist who worked for billionaire extremist Socialist George Soros, has publicly sided with al Qaeda in its war against America. She has no military experience whatsoever.

On 20 April 2009, The New York Times reported that Obama was considering coverting the preferred stock it owns in banks that took TARP funds into common stock, which would give the regime voting rights on each bank's policies and management, which is a key factor in socialism in that Obama would be able to control credit via controlling the banks, and thus the economy.

On 23 April 2009, Rasmussen Reports published a poll that said 58% of Americans believe Obama damaged national security by releasing the once Top Secret memos on enhanced interrogation techniques of al Qaeda terrorists. Only 28% said in the telephone poll that the release was helpful.

On 29 April 2009, before a Senate panel, beleagured Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano retracted her startling statement that all Customs and Border Protection personnel were doing along the border to detect persons with the near-pandemic swine flu mutation was "passive surveillance." She stated on this day that her earlier description is "not an accurate picture of what is going on" along our border with Mexico, thus adding another embarrassing chapter to her scandalous tenure.

On 30 April 2009 during a live TV interview, VP Biden stated that he had advised his family to not travel by car, subway, or plane, and that classrooms should also be avoided, due to the swine flu quasi-pandemic. He said nothing about Mexico, but the White House immediately said that what Biden meant to say was avoid travel to Mexico. The commercial airline industry immediately wrote a letter to Biden stating their concern for his fear-mongering.

On 29 April 2009, First Fashionista Michelle Obama was spotted wearing a pair of ultra-chic Lanvin sneakers while "volunteering" at a food bank. The fancy footwear runs a shocking $540 and when asked about her choice of sneaks, her handlers sniffed that they were just plain old "shoes." Why the First Fashionista thought it was a clever idea in the middle of a serious recession to flaunt her extreme wealth and pricey supershoes, especially at a food bank for the poor, remains to be seen, but it surely annoyed the peasantry and spoke volumes about her priorities.

On 1 May 2009, a second domestic terrorism "assessment" was leaked by Janet Napolitano's Department of Homeland Security on the heels of another memo that warned of military veterans attacking the homeland. The second assessment, despite Napolitano's apology for the first, warned that Americans who disagree with illegal aliens receiving drivers licenses, free medical care, free educations or in-state tuition could also be terrorists preparing to conduct mass-casualty terror attacks on the homeland. According to polls, this means that the majority of Americans could become terrorists.

In early May 2009, Obama refused to release photos of his infamous Scare Force One fly-over of New York City that terrified tens of thousands of New Yorkers. The regime refused to give a reason but admitted the photos were not classified. Obama's decision was directly contrary to the openness he promised again and again during his campaign.

Obama, again demonstrating his noted propensity for verbal gaffes that embarrass him and his regime, welcomed White House guests with the greeting in Spanish "Cinco de quatro," which means "five of four" rather than Cinco de Mayo. Obama speaks only one language and pundits and reports noted he doesn't even do that very well.

On 7 May 2009, Defense Secretary Gates informed U.S. forces in Afghanistan that American ground troops would not be ordered into Pakistan despite Obama's repeated promises to do so even without Pakistan's permission to kill terrorists there, and despite the al Qaeda-linked Taliban having taken over massive regions of the country and threatening to topple the nuclear-armed government.

On 7 May 2009, Obama made a public statement from the White House in which he attempted to convince the American people that his plan to cut $17 billion from his record budget was substantial. However, he refused to inform the people that his plan represents a mere one-half of one percent of his pork-filled budget.

In May 2009, the Obama regime reported that Obama wanted to re-establish the failed Clinton era policy of granting special P-1, P-2 and P-3 visas to tens of thousands of Somalis that would add to the 36,000 imported by Clinton. The would be eligible for a "green card" in one year and U.S. citizenship in five years. However, the program has led to dozens of those Somalis being suspected terrorists, one of whom was the first American citizen suicide bomber known to us, and Somalia is packed with al Shabaab terrorists, which is the al Qaeda faction in Somalia.

On 6 May 2009, John Kerry, speaking on behalf of Obama, stated that Obama is not seeking regime change in Iran despite Obama's own State Department listing the Iranian regime as a terrorist entity and that the terrorist government, whom he admitted were controlling, arming, training and deploying Hezbollah, is "legitimate."

On 7 May 2009 in sworn testimony before a Senate hearing, Attorney General Holder, under intense fire, stated the Obama regime would not release any Muslim prisoners from Guantanamo into the United States that the regime considers terrorists, leaving the door obviously open for prisoners to be released who Obama simply claims are not terrorists.

On 7 May 2009, Norman Hsu, a close friend and political ally of Obama who was one of Obama's biggest fundraisers, pleaded guilty in federal court to multiple counts of fraud. At the time of his plea it was unknown whether Hsu will implicate Obama in any of his criminal undertakings in exchange for a reduced sentence.

Despite a 21% increase so far in police officer killings as of 8 May 2009, Obama proposed cutting the Public Safety Officers' Death Benefits Program from $110 million to $60 million, which is money desperately needed by the families of slain officers. However, Obama refused to cut $9 million for a whaling history program, believing that harpoon design and related subjects are critical.

At the White House Correspondents' Dinner on 9 March 2009, African-American hate-merchant "comedian" Wanda Sykes made Obama laugh loud, openly and continually with her racist "jokes" targeting whites rather than the traditional sitting president. Obama perhaps laughed loudest when Sykes openly wished for the death of Rush Limbaugh from kidney failure. No president in history has ever hired an openly racist comedian for the event before, nor has any president ever laughed in public when someone called for the death of an American media figure who opposed a president's policies.

In May 2009, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs revealed Obama's third opinion on gay marriage by stating "the president believes this is an issue that's best addressed by the states," thus changing his opinion to a states' rights issue from his other two opinions. In 1996, Obama, while running for state senator, stated he "would fight efforts to prohibit such [gay] marriages." And in 2007, Obama stated in a Chicago Tribune interview: "my religious beliefs say that marriage is something sanctified between a man and a woman."

In early May 2009, Obama cut from his budget 100% of the federal funds states use to incarcerate illegal alien felons (murderers, rapists, kidnappers, armed robbers, drug smugglers, pedophiles, etc.) who were able to enter the country because of the federal government's refusal to secure the borders. Obama's reason for doing so was to force states to limit or eliminate their efforts to arrest and imprison illegal aliens and to release those already imprisoned.

On 9 May 2009, Gen. David Petraeus, commander of the U.S. Central Command, stated that al Qaeda is headquartered in Pakistan, including Osama bin Laden and the global terrorist group's senior leadership. Despite this admission, and despite his repeated promises to the contrary and his sworn duty, Obama now says he will not attack al Qaeda with U.S. forces without the permission of the Pakistani government, which that government refuses to grant.

Using Chicago "machine" tactics as a blatant payback for corrupt union support in California, in May 2009 Obama ordered California to not dare cut the wages of state union workers or else the Obama regime would cut huge sums to the state in federal aid. The blackmail attempt drew rage from many California politicians who are furious that Obama would attempt such a thing.

On 13 May 2009, Obama infuriated the ACLU and fellow hard-core anti-military/anti-CIA leftists around the world by reversing his own decision to support the release of photos of terrorists undergoing enhanced interrogation techniques. It is unknown whether Obama flip-flopped on this highly controversial matter for the claimed reason (protection of US forces) or whether he hopes to be over-ruled in the courts so that he can then claim to outraged pro-military/pro-CIA conservatives that at least he tried.

On 13 May 2009, the AP, which had openly helped Obama get elected, published a "Fact Check" article by Matt Apuzzo in which the reporter stated Biden was being "loose with the facts" regarding the regime's stimulus package. The report laid out how Biden was trying to deceive the nation about the true state of the economy.

On 14 May 2009, CIA Director Leon Panetta, an Obama appointee, refused former VP Cheney's request that memos that would show enhanced interrogation techniques got good results was denied. Releasing the memos would have shown the regime to be wrong about the effectiveness of such techniques, which Obama claims are useless despite what his own Director of National Intelligence says.

On 13 May 2009, while delivering a graduation address at Arizona State University, Obama warned the graduates not to "chase after the big money." Obama, one of the richest men on earth, has chased after the big money most of his adult life but apparently assumed the grads would not be aware of that.

On 14 May 2009 on National Public Radio and following up on Obama's public insulting of Jessica Simpson, David Axelrod, Obama's chief political advisor, stated that one of the names the Obamas had considered for their new dog was "Miss California," an ugly and very personal insult for Carrie Prejean, who is not in favor of gay marriage.

In an attack on the defense industry that Obama sees as evil, his regime announced on 14 May 2009 that it intends to conduct massive cuts of support service contractors and then hire 30,000 federal employees to replace them. The current contractors are believed to be mostly conservatives, whereas their replacements are expected to be mostly liberals.

On 16 May 2009 while delivering a graduation address at the University of Califormina -- Merced, Michelle Obama stressed they new grads must "give something back" to those with less.
