It probably could be buffed out but I can't see putting it back on the bike unless it was for track only.

I'd stick 'em on Craigslist for $125 and maybe come down to $75. Guys can def repair plastics.
But then I like to sell stuff
... and I'm also not all that bothered by typical craigslist dead-beats / tire kickers / low-ballers. Too low? Move along to the next one.
