Seat Cover Help
06/17/09 6:02 PM

Well, the postman just handed me this pretty seat cover. Any words of wisdom before I begin?

I thought I would start with the front portion and heat it with a hair dryer as I go. Any other tips?

Okay, well, it wasn't too bad. Here's the result. I still need to tighten up the tucking on the front edge.

That's great matt, I have been umming and arring about that exact seat cover, same color for my black 14, how difficult/easy was it to fix? I guessed a bunch of clips to keep it in place and then staple ?/ not sure though.

It wasn't too bad at all. After about 5 minutes, I was almost positive it wasn't going to turn out well at all. Another 5 minutes and it was finished and looked fine.

Yeah, a bunch of 1/4 staples. I put about as many as the stock seat cover had.

I got it from a guy on eBay, who apparently makes them. His user name there is jcobb62.
