RE: when your seating on the bike ?

The ride position is the same as the old bike.
Many 14 riders like to sit a bit more upright. That is a part of the appeal of this sportbike. Big old 200 lb+ 6'+ bastages (sometimes with bad backs) can still ride in comfort. Many add bar risers and lower footpegs to further enhance comfort. balls on the tank is how you will be if you want to sit up AMAP.
I usually don't do the humpty dumpty on my tank too much anymore. I have short arms and a long torso and I can sit my butt on the edge of the seat cowl if I want. I usually do that to be more aerodynamic for over 60 mph riding------but I see many who don't mind the wind.

Thanks...never had a old one just the busa in 99. I see you don"t riser's on your bike. They should start to show up where i live in about 3 weeks. So then i know the deal when i get to sit on one.
leaning towards a blue one for now... but better to see the colors in person to really know.
