I agree that there is more then the eye can see , bike is at dealership to do the autopsy

Totaled. Can see 6 grand worth of parts alone (bodywork, exhaust, radiator). Wouldn't suprise me if forks are bent and as others said frames bent. plua labor.
Most states don't require 100% value to be totalled, usually somewhere around 50-75%. I would push to have the bike totalled.

I'd be VERY concerned about your frame around the head stock. Make SURE they look UNDER the frame rails for cracks. My ZX10R had a front hit and had at least 10 cracks under there. By the looks of your top tree, I'd bet it is cracked.
