What mods do you have planned Evil? I have a few small things on order (screen, levers, etc.). Probably looking at getting some rearsets soon. I want to keep the dual pipe look so will probably be getting some Akrapovic slip ons when they become available.

rearsets will add a smidgen of weight. At least Vortex. If you are particular about that, just get aftermarket pegs and put them on the OEM brackets. IMO, rearsets make only a very small dif in height. If the reasets for the 14 gain you anything in cornering clearance, it is because they are 1.5" shorter than OEM pegs. The Vortex gain considerable cornering clearance from that. They also seem to have a wider range of adjustment than other brands

I'm not sure about the weight but my gilles are extremely light. I've got them pretty high.

So far I've lowered it 1.50" rear with Soupys links and .75" front by raising the fork tubes,,,, along with an adjustable kickstand. Also installed levers.
I still have high and low HIDs to install,,,, Brock's strap kit and Brock's CT exhaust.
