Has any european biker already got the new ZZR1400?
I was said that I would get mine sometimes in the beginning of February here in Finland?
What about others - any estimates/promises given?

ethin14: thank you for your sympathy, this is really what I need. Currently -13 degrees outside ;)
I just have been happened that my previous Kawa didn't arrive within the time frame as given and now I don't want it to be happened again.
If you Aussies buying all of them and we do not get any here, I'm gonna be mad ;) In that case you are forced to post one for me ;)
The winter will be very looooooong....
Cheers,

not a problem Vmatti, -13 that's not bike riding weather, One time at work it got down to -6 deg that was insane cold , you have to remember that we don't have any good quality winter clothing, so in a cold snap we really feel the cold.
Had a thin jumper and that was all , nearly froze
Same happened to me when I bought my new 2008 14 , I trade my old bike in and the new one from Kawasaki was 4 months late , was not happy.

Your bike looks great with the new Akrapovics mounted! How do you like the sound? I saw where you posted a video in another thread, but I couldn't get it to load properly. Is this a full system, or slip-ons that utilize the stock header? I've used Akrapovics for years on my bikes, and I've always been pleased with their performance, sound, and ease of installation. I'm hoping they will come out with an "Evolution" single sided Ti system specifically for '12+ 14Rs in the not too distant future, but I won't hold my breath. Any of you European guys have any inside information at Akrapovic?
Glad to see you've had the opportunity to enjoy your bike on the track! Trackdays are an awesome way to enjoy your bike to the maximum extent without the normal dangers of the roadways. As much fun as it is to ride on the road, I can't wait to give mine a try at the track so I can see just how fast she really is.

PrideandJoy, my Akras are slip-ons and original header is in use. But Akra has done so that if you want to upgrade to full system later on, you need just buy a new header. Mufflers can be re-used.
Sounds are not too heavy - even without killers and cats. The tone is low as it should be in these big bikes, in my opinion. I like as well as all of my moto colleagues ;)
I should do better video about sounds. Maybe you meant this "start your engine" videos

Sounds about the same as my Yoshi R77 slip ons.
