sfi,

I did have a syringe close to my left hand. Know what happens when you mess with that air signal? A red warning light comes on, whacks you in a limp as that air signal had a backup to detune the signal. That is why you would throw code on the air signal.

On the cam signal, you are just messing with a magnetic output and a hall effect wave. Miss that wave out of plane, that was your only move on one of them dare 'ultimate' signals. Wink-wink for the book readers; 3-66 ~ 3-67 are the 2-wire hee-hee-hall effect = Ultimate Signal [catch the wire count].

454, You gotta get this shit right to tune it rug right or we still be seeing that pile come out the trailer kind of why did you go dare is blow that out the windowow-wow-zer!

Baby talk... I'm like Pee-SEE less is you have more data? You gotta know this shit cold and the messenger said so is look in the book.

Amoco ultimate fuel,50wt VR1,stock air filter,O-rings on chain. Maybe with Joe Gibbs oil,No air filter, non O-ring chain,MR 12 and about 15 Percent over the hat it should move 210? 5 exhaust guides are out ..018 plus, cant do 5mm guide work so it went back together as is.13k on bad guides and seat had no runnout and .050 and.020 wide.Brocks fuel map was dead on across to redline but @14.91 afr and 191 rwhp sounds spooky.I wish it had fuel control sim to Gen II busa with 02 for cruise and we had a way to command afr @ non PE.Just a scooter.Bolts are kinda small to work with.I ride it like old people have sex,not very fast and not very often..... Thanks for input Hub

MAP threshold determines if High or Low steady state determination will be used. If MAP is greater than Hi/Lo MAP Threshold or RPM is greater than Hi/Lo RPM Threshold the High mode settings are used otherwise Low mode settings are used.I left exhaust LCA unmolested therefore no signals were changed except MAP due to Increased Blowdown at low revs. And by the way,06-07 heads are easier to extract power from due to federal emmission laws regarding N02[Nitrates of oxy] PPM?.Interesting.

There you go. The a-N and D-J backups. Those throw codes. Then tune to said condition of sensor being out of the loop. Basically, your hi/low hard/soft applies all meaning the same constant. All that jumbled language means the same thing we be on the same page.

Therefore we have our crank/cam sig to change our high/low and there you go = Safe to ride we limp my single signal.

Who whaaaaa? First gen head is emissions what say? If I have to look up each valve for a second gen head and both guide and valves have the same part number? If a gen one vs. a gen two cam part number? And finally, are the PAIR parts within that same-same part number across the board from 2006 to 2011? We know the head has changed slightly but say who for 'what year is better extracted?'

I have 06 cams 07 and 09.LCA are the same, lift the same.duration the same.ramp profile same.Only different in timing gear fastener location, therefore diff gear need to keep same LSA.Probably a cam supplier change after 07.Buy the way if any one needs cams for any reason, I have some. The Air Injection Reactor ports are revised on 08 and later, probably only change? Check them out.The worn guides in my 06 are all in ports with A.I.R passages, strange? Cam sensor used for Cylinder ref and injector timing could affect ridability issue at cruise,Good old Alpha-N! Anyone here hack one of these ECM's yet?

sfi,

Curious, What are your compression readings across the board? Guides went out from racing? The Hand says his parked '06 is fast as ever? Someone with a lot of turbo miles on the track, still thinks he is fast, thinks his pile of shit is still fast with that turbo spinning those guides out a lot sooner. How could those guides all of a sudden belly up if I'm holding some decent compression after beating bike all the time out?

Someone said their buddy flashed a ZX-10 ECU? Got a lot more HP out of it. As far as the 14, nothing yet or they'd be all over it here> including me. Nothing interesting on any hack I do. They follow the book is all. Kind of like caught your air troubleshoot; running wires and hoses all over town.

Funny, 14.91 @ 191. I could have used that last night. Yeah, I'd have to agree; The head is the heart of the world's fastest = Flow! Run the ports straight or lighten that valve train to exploit that direct shot; no curves behind the valve's sides.

My head is coming off this week thin headgasket and a little porting and a little decking. Can't wait to get this thing back together. should be fun hoping to make 185 on my dyno it makes a consistant 176 now. I'm hoping 9-10hp and I'll be happy 5-7ft/lbs to boot and I'll jump for joy.

454, do you think 107in 107ex is to high? Thats what I set mine to the first time and it made 176. moved them to 109 109 and lost 8hp. so I'm wondering if I should go like a 105 105 or maybe open the gap a bit and do a 107in 104 or 102 even exhuast. I played with the zx-10 a good bit and it liked the higher numbers this thing does not seem to.
