I finally mounted mine. Here are the weights complete with tires, rotors, sprocket, etc. Specs are in my signature. The stock tires had wear on them.
Front OEM: 27.8 BST: 23.2
Rear OEM: 38.0 BST: 28.1

That's a solid chunk of weight savings right there. Any idea on weight of just the rims alone? IIRC you cannot use the OE sprocket
These wheels make the bike handle like a 600. Get ready for a totally different ride.....
I've heard both sides of this. I'd hope there'd be some difference. If nothing else, reduced weight should have the potential to help acceleration and driving out of corners. Considering it's also unsprung weight that's significant as well.
The one thing to consider is 14R wheelbase... IMO it's not so much the weight but the wheelbase that makes that difference.

Beast how many km's on the super corsa's? Are they dead yet?who mounted them?
Tires have a couple thousand on them... still look excellent. Will definately get the summer out of them.
Gap trip planned for Sept. 24-28th. I had GP Bikes in Whitby mount them. They were perfectly in balance. Didn't require any weights.

Thanks B just exploring my options, not happy with the angel Gt's good tire great longevity , but hate the corner profile only went with them because I was worried about getting the BST's damaged , Mitch changed tires no scratches and riders choice have changed them no problems, prob going to the rosso Corsa
