Boyz, first Thursday night, or weekend in May sounds GOLD. Matters not to me, but it sounds like most are preferring weekends. So we could do the first Sat in May too. I am happy to host, or cage down...matters not. If the leg is better, I am riding...

Hope all is well boyz.

darryle, romans, beast, steveie, dave, Angels or Pilot 3's need an answer. Once I get em beast, we can book your boy in May and do our suspensions. Beast I'll let you share you source and perhaps we can do a "clinic" in my garage.

Hope all is well peeps...
Mad love,
Wolfman

PS

Beast, bought a pair of colour matched OEM handles (extends on pillion seat, once cowl is removed). They look sexie. My wife is going to ride down to collingwood with me for a day at the spa during our aniversary date in July, so I'm going to install those for that ride. She is five feet and 85lbs. compared to my 6'3 230, she is a back pac.

May is looking great boyz, can't wait

the angels they still look good, but are slow heating up

Darryle: You can say that again. Blasting around the other day for 2 hours and when I got back home they were still cold. Mind you it was 4-5 degrees out. Might have something to do with it. I'm currently running the stock 50 rear tire. Next change I'm moving to 55 in the rear. See if that makes a difference in longevity.

darryle, romans, beast, steveie, dave, Angels or Pilot 3's need an answer.

Marcell: Haven't tried the PR3's. The PR2's were a good tire but I find the Angels sportier and turn in much quicker. I get less mileage on the Angels, but they just feel better. Cheaper, too! Anything over 10K on a set of tires and I'm a happy camper.

Dude! You wife is 85lbs! You won't even notice her back there!

I'd be up for a couples (2-up) ride in the summer, too! Wife rides with me any chance she gets. I know a nice little route out to Niagara Falls.

Dave, two up, yah man I am down! Foshow! My wife hates to ride, but I am working on her and she is showing signs of giving in! I just tell her there is a long line of 25year olds happy to tag along(;

Angles - I hear good things, I am going with those.

Dave what are your thoughts about the 1st Saturday meet up in May?

The Angels definately look the part. They are sexy looking. I was thinking of these as my first replacement too.
Not sure I can get away for a Saturday, but I will try my best to attend guys. I think we should wait for a nice day - meet up, take a few pics, chat about the rides, then go on a group ride, and finish with a little bbq. It should be a fun time. Marcell, I texted my boy and he informed me when he did my suspension on the Duc that it was a one time deal. He generally doesn't do it...
He does tires, sprockets, chain and trailering. Sorry dude.
I meant to email you but keep forgetting.
I'm thinking of driving to work tomorrow. We'll see what it looks like at 7.30. Chances are it will be too brisk for my liking.
I am definately going for a spin tomorrow night though. BTW boys, there was bug splat on my fairing from lastnights ride. So... bugs are slowly coming back to life....

For the meet, I'm flexible. Like I said, weekends would be preferred but can make it pretty much anytime. You guys pick a date that works for you guys and I should be good.

Cheers!

Dave.

I am good for a Thursday night, but to do the whole bbq, photo, etc. THat would be better on a Saturday.
I will check with my better half to clear the first Saturday in May. I guess it is all weather pending anyways.

Was a brisk ride in this am. But fun none the less.

Romes I'll admit it ,I will not ride your 2010.I do not want an intimate relationship with pirelli. If any of you guys don't mind a tire only lasting 1000km,then let Romans show you the way.You have heard of crack heads, well he has something more addictive

What kind of a timeline are we talking for the May 4th get together?
Just trying to find out if I am good to attend.

Would it be as follows?

Meet at Marcells, or elsewhere at a specified time...
Meet eachother - check out bikes, take a group photo....
Go for a group ride
Head to Marcells for a BBQ afterwards?
Like a 12:00 noon till 7:00 sort of thing?

Thanks,
Matt

Sounds like a terrific agenda!

Meet up here, on Saturda, at Noon, Gather, discuss, photo op! Gear up and ride out! - Back at my place at 430-500. BBQ/Beers...

Sounds good!

Thoughts...?

This sound pretty good for may 4th. Let the others chime in and see if that works for them. On another note, looks like the pirelli angel st tire is now a gt tire. Longer life span and now a dual compound where the st was a single compound. I'm looking forward to trying this tire out.

I came a few seconds short of buying the st. I'm going to wait for the GT's now. Thanks for the heads up. I have the stock Metzlers. What do you guys (if you ride on em) think of them? I'm not a fan!

Brother a wopping 734km on that clock! That's my point, if they perform this bad now...wholly shiz. I basically cannot feel the road at all can't tell where they do or do not grip. When I lean her over there is a noticable dip.

Marcell:

Still early in the season for me to be testing a tires capabilities. Wait until it's a little warmer outside to get a better feel for them. Once you get proper heat into them I'm sure the'll perform better. I hated the BT14's that came with my '09. Didn't get any positive feel out of them.
