In my worthless opinion there are two "types" of solutions

1. Political Solution, raise taxes and provide more free housing and services and free heroin and needles
2. Logical Solution, round up the vagrants and bus them to state owned land in Mojave or Needles CA, provide portapotties and two baloney sandwiches a day until they all go back to wherever they came from
