Not convinced it is Hub by any stretch and I've read most of Motero's posts. He could be just who he says he is and experiencing a downshifting issue that several other 14R owners have had.

Other than the occasional use of "mate" though, he's not using a lot of the normal Brit lingo that I'm used to. I can usually tell the difference quite easily between something written by a Brit and an American, the language is the same but different at the same time. It's hard to put the difference in words but you know it when you read it...or hear it and it's more subtle than the use of "bollocks" or "bloody this or bloody that". It's more of an attitude.

Anyway, I'll reserve judgement until Motero has a chance to respond. He may just tell us to all bloody well f' off if he's legit and go find another forum that is more friendly.

If it turns out it is Hub masquerading, I'll be bloody well surprised.

Well actually yes, there are some on this forum who do have issues. I would have never thought that Motero was anyone other than who he said he was but now that Grn has cast some doubt whether it's Hub in disguise, the seed has been planted. If it turns out that Motero is not Hub, then Grn owes both him and Hub an apology. Alternatively, the two could just take it to the PMs since everyone around here is getting a bit tired of the infighting.

BTW Injfuel, Hub is claiming you are Motero while Grn is claiming Hub is Motero.

The only thing I can be absolutely sure of us is that I'm not Motero ...!

fuellie, dis is just a sample of me letting the runner uppers having their say and now I have my say. If you watched how the shovelicious works, most of my posts are technical. If I am wrong, point it out. Usually, I can figure out how to tell a bulb from one or the other?

For example... If you noticed, I reeled off how many bulb numbers some runner uppers were giving the guy. No research, just blab out a bulb number. The OP is frustrated, I send in a bulb chart. How simple was that? We narrowed down the bulb via looking in the factory parts manual and or shop manual.

Now, the runner uppers come charging after me for looking in the book, nail the bulb number... The rage begins.
