Sad News, I think Sick knew him, prayers for his family and loved ones, I think Danny Eslick
was good friends with him too ?

Awful news. A review of the event indicates that he was trying to avoid someone in his path. Very sad news. A great loss.

I feel for the family and close friends. What a wonderful life he had though. Too short and perhaps ended before his full potential was realized but still a great dream come true.

Truly tragic. Met him a few times at MidOhio. A very talented rider. He will be sorely missed around the pits, he was one fun and charismatic guy. My deepest condolences go out to his family and friends

I did find a picture of him with Danny taken earlier this month, I prefer to remember him this way,
with a smile on his face, doing what he loved ...... God speed Dane ...

Thank you very much guys. Yes I am good friends with him. I've know his dad Tryg since 1972 or 73 I don't remember exactly. Yes, Danny and all of us are good friends, we just can't wrap our heads around it yet. Really a sad day. Thanks very much for all the comments and here's a picture of Dane and his dad I took at a wedding we went to last year.

So sad to read this, my payers go out to his loved ones left behind. I've always down played ABS but when a true talent such as himself left marks while on the brakes makes me realize how important they are. Just tragic really.
