So I got into the bike and noticed the power commander is turned all the way down and it's the power commander III I'm thinking about installing a k&n air filter tomorrow? Also I was looking into the voodoo shorts any reviews? Also what would be a good map to use? And when I go to paint my frame and sub frame and good ideas on a paint that's granted to last lol thanks for the help if any one can

I'd go to a full exhaust. A 45T rear sprocket will be a noticeable change and I think you can do that without going to a longer chain. A quick shifter is a great mod.

I'm not sure what you mean bu the PC being turned down. It's either connected and working or it's disconnected and not working. A PC3 is fine for now but you may have problems finding maps now since everyone gets PC5.

The race filter won't make any real change in performance--it's a minuscule improvement and UMO, not worth the risk to reduced efficiency in filtering unless you are racing. The Voo dos will be loud and lightweight but no real improvement in performance. THE HEADER is still there and thats the performance factor. Color-Right has a good frame color that matched but lacks enough metal flake. It should be fine for the frame where it is not visible but won't match the slight glitter in the OEM frame color. Also must be applied properly---thin or it will look black. There was another paint manufacturer that does OEM paint copies and I hear they are better for color match. I can check for you if interested.

I would not bother to update to a PC5. If you can find a free PC3 map on the dyno jet site, that should be fine for slipons. I've never heard of anyone damaging their engine by running a full exhaust without any PC so I doubt it would matter much for slip-ons. If you were going with a full system, I'd suggest getting a good tune to optimize the performance increase but with slip-ons, there won't be enough change in flow to require anything different than stock fueling. Of course, you could get a tune for the Voodoos but I doubt there would more than a few hp increase anyway.

So I got into a lil accident got to get new front fairing so going to get all new fairings so the paint color shouldn't be any issue. And on the exhaust I'm not really looking for much more power gain. So would a slip on work for me just wanting something louder? Also on sprockets would I want to change the rear? And are there any good site where I can buy parts or is ebay my best bet? I've looked at a few like my cycles and few other but they markup a little bit to much for me.
