I just got back from the shooting range today. Outside of bikes my other passion is guns, all types. I was raised to appreciate and respect guns at an early age, just like motorcyles. If you got any pictures feel free to post, I am always looking to see what I may want to add to the collection next. I will get some of mine posted up if you guys are interested.

Toecutter-What are her plans for the gun? Is it a home defense weapon, or just a fun gun? I had my wife setup with a Kimber Ultra Carry II for a home protection gun. After giving it some thought I decided a scatter gun might be even better. I found a Mossberg Maverick 88 at Wally World for $173 dollars all black. Took it home and sawed off the barrel to legal length pulled the stick in the shell tube so it now hold 6 rounds. Put a adjustable tactical stock since she is pretty short 5'2" and could not handle the gun with the standard length of pull. It fits her great and only cost me around $210 all told compared to most tactical shotguns that run over $400.

With all of that said the SKS is a ton of fun on the range, and lets face it if your wife pulls that on a perp they will be pushin little green apples out at that point.

I'm a bit of a gun nut! My carry gun is a Kimber Pro CDP II(love it). That reminds me I need to renue my conceal carry permit soon.

My bad I can't figure out how to resize the pic if a mod would that would be great.

That is a very nice piece. Is it in .45? I really enjoy the Ultra Carry II that I have, it is in .40 s&w. If my memory serves me right the CDP is on a aluminum frame, which must make it a very nice concealed carry.

I dont have any pictures of my semi-autos with me, but my wife took these a couple months back. She is kind of into the photography thing and she thought some of my guns would make good subjects, I have to agree with her.

That's a great idea, will check local prices here. She wants it for varmits, the two-legged varity.
We have to be really careful here in the Peoples Soviet Socialist Republic of Canadistan.
The only ones who can have guns are the cops, and the gangsters. Us regular folk are supposed to dial 911 and hope for the worlds most heavily-armed and equipped yellow-tape installers to finally show up and save us.

I hear you toecutter they keep trying that shit over here as well. Thank god for the NRA they help us defend our rights. We will need their help plenty with Obutthole in office. The Maverick 88 is by no means a Remington 870, however a typical home protection piece isnt something that is going to have 1000 rounds a year put through it like a skeet gun. That at least was my thinking behind going with it.
Actually sawing off the barrel is real easy as well, I used I miter saw with a steel cutting blade. I have attached a photo below if your interested in seeing how it turned out.

I also got a picture taken of my semi autos, well at least most of them forgot the desert eagle. The top gun is a Springfield XD 45 with crimson trace laser grips, Middle is a Kimber Ultra Carry II in 40 S&W, and a Dan Wesson Point Man Seven with Briar Burl grips with tactical stipple pattern. The Dan Wesson will shoot a one ragged hole group all day long. If you want a full size 1911 the Dan Wesson is a heck of a deal.

Yeah, the CDP is on an alum frame, and yes it's a .45 ACP. It's a sweet shooting pistol, I use Wilson combat 8+1 stainless single stack mags and has been 100% trouble free!(really important in a defense gun)

The Wilson mags are awesome, much better than the Kimber mags. At least thats the case for the Kimber mag I got.

I agree, but, from what I have read the Kimber Pro-Tac Mags are supposed to be as good as the Wilsons. Although I still got the Wilsons cause I KNOW they are good!

Looks like a tommy gun on steroids. Talk about a nice spray pattern.

I have a ruger .22 like that, they are a sweet shooting little pistol!

Rexless you the man! I cannot get over the quality of the arms in your collection. Those two rugers must look killer in a double holster setup. Thanks for sharing! I may be adding a little something to the collection later in the week. I will post pictures if everything goes through.
