I am looking for a discarded OEM tensioner; preferably, a damaged and noisy tensioner assembly that was replaced with a new one. TY in advance.

I'll check if I still have mine. It was working fine, but I changed it anyway. I think it sbad enough bearings will get beat up when I lose oil pressure, no need to take out the top end too.
If I have it still you can have it for the cost of shipping. Gimme a day or 2, its sthe 1 st sunny day in 3 weeks I'll be out riding the Rockies for the day.

I'd just want to borrow it for testing. I'll send it back. Cost you nothing but a walk to the mailbox. Let me know? Thanks.
You said yours does not makes the same noise? Just curious. Ever have it on the dyno with the stock tensioner in play?

The thing is, bad, I'm am just curious to the failure. I don't want to buy a broken part, I rather you rent it to me. I return it in working order, no charge! I pay shipping both ways. Name the lease program. Dub is going to send me one and he doesn't know I'm sending it right back.
I have a drawer full of springs and C-clips. I can see the parts blowout, but that does not show the 3-D parts in hand to see what plunges or what is the deal?
