Normally I would say yes no problem but in this case I'm waiting for new Gromett or seal orrrrr what ever this gasket thing me is called lol. One of the members is sending to me. Still wish I could buy from dealer ????

questions are mainly about the filter?!?!?!?
I was in shock how plugged up this was. Bike has only 9500 kilometers on it. More maintenance required on my part.

you can buy from a dealer but you have to buy the whole fuel pump not individual parts for the pump and I want to design a replacement filter so you don't have to buy a whole new fuel pump!!!

This makes me nuts

Smart, If this does not work out I will send to you ASAP. I just bought a MSD External pump, now looking for fuel rail and block off tank plate, so maybe soon. I just need to make the most out of summer while it lasts.

I know this will cost me a motor if I ignore. Soft rubber rips. I got lucky,,,,, this time ?????

Holy McFuck!! 320 simoleans for that pump!? What is it made of... unicorns?!

And that filter needs to have three times the current surface area.

......Im gonna make the sleeve arangement I spoke of before.......
I machined a blank to replace the regulator also
now have cam sensor fail!!!
incredible, yesterday I went motorway to see a pal and do some work for him, bike did 54mpg, can that be right with a turbo? I have to admit I was riding real steady studying AFR all the while.....
Sensor was a pain!

Look at your fuel cells. -30s and all air comes in swirling. Insane mileage off boost.

Ok, why do we need a Regulator when we have a external one,,,, this is stupid,,,,, Start retro fit in morning.

Nice, cant quite see how you held the pipe onto the outlet at the base, did you manage to get a hose clip on it?

Cool are you going to put a high flow in line filter in there?

No clip, pipe Outside diameter is bigger than plastic. Once forced onto the spigot, pipe swells to 1/8 over size and can not move up,,,,, Rephrase,,,, Hope. I can't pull hose out anyway, she's stuck in there solid.

Cool are you going to put a high flow in line filter in there?

I'm thinking outside tank inline before fuel rail. All I have 4 now is that tiny shit factory one on the pumps intake side.

Another set back. If you look at picture above you will see what can be called a Frost Plug. Pops under to much pressure. There is three of them. I Thought only two. I just noticed that the one hidden has popped out. I missed this due to it being covered by regulator housing.,,,,GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

This fucking pump is a ticking time bomb. 100 ways to fail, It wants me to blow up,,, I'm sure of it. Personal now.

Guys if your running this pump it's just a matter of time, you will get bit. Watch your pressure closely

What kills me is I have never ever run 130 psi which is spec, so why did they pop. Crap pumps = major down time grrr.

Ok, why do we need a Regulator when we have a external one,,,, this is stupid,,,,, Start retro fit in morning.

Well, well, well. First test run was short due to rain,, but guess what ???? Now fuel pressure rise is smooth and matches the speed of boost climb.

No longer does pump have to force through filter and the in tank Regulator, who's job was to maintain 42 psi. All the while our new fuel return Regulator trying to make 80psi. Conflict is over. The above statement was eating away at me. Was loosing sleep lol. Two regulators makes no sense ?????

2nd thing. How are all the guys having these frost plugs pop if we stay under 130psi?????

Answer; What if pressure from pump is shooting high in front of the in tank reg ??? Then frost plug would pop from pressure spike. We would not see this on our gauge because we only see the pressure after the reg and the fuel rail ???

This way, pump works half as hard frost plugs should not pop also no need to have ignition fuse bumped up. All good.

3rd. Down side is I had to turn out back pressure screw and open blow off, as pressure shot to above 95 psi under full boost. Will keep turning out to get it exact. Work in progress

Now the mapping must start again to make perfect, but it works exactly like it should. More testing but looks good thus far. Finally progress
